Our first roundtable series will address the governance questions generating the most operational friction right now as determined by our partners and contributors. We will update our working scope when we have more information about sector priorities.
Ceia Group always convenes where clarity matters most urgently.
Event Format & Timing
The current cadence of our convenings is scheduled to involve quarterly roundtable discussions to accommodate international travel and provide rhythm for framework development between sessions. Ceia Group will moderate full-day sessions from 9:00-17:00 with a working lunch – creating enough time for deep dialogue without a multi-day commitment.

Ad-Hoc Working Sessions
Between quarterly roundtables, we may convene smaller working groups (5-8 participants) addressing urgent governance questions that can’t wait for the next major session.

When legislative developments affect streaming sector operations, we organise rapid-response briefings analysing implications and coordinating industry perspective.
Cross-Sector Dialogues
Select sessions may include regulators, policymakers or adjacent industry stakeholders – always with participant consent and maintained confidentiality protocols.
